Le projet Pro Aero France
The Pro Aero France project aims to collect, to index and to publish notices on French Judicial Cases referring to the Warsaw and Montréal Conventions, so as participate to the diffusion of French precedents. The coherent interpretation of international conventions establishing a uniform regime needs to be grounded not only on local precedents but also on foreign precedents. To this regard, French Courts have been, since the inception of Aircraft transportation, a major forum the decisions of which shall be taken into consideration.
